Your Simple scooter and its original components come with a standard warranty that protects against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

1. Vehicle Warranty: 3 years or 30,000 km, whichever comes first.
2. Battery Warranty: 3 years or 30,000 km, whichever comes first
3. Portable Charger Warranty: 3 years or 20,000 km, whichever comes first

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty doesn’t apply to:


1. Regular wear and tear or consumables (like brake pads, tyres, bulbs, etc.)
2. Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
3. Service or repairs done outside an authorized Simple service center
4. Damage caused by environmental factors (corrosion, flooding, etc.)

How to Claim

1. Visit your nearest authorised Simple service center.
2. Carry your proof of purchase and vehicle identification details.
3. Our team will inspect, diagnose, and if eligible repair or replace under warranty

Transferability

If you sell your Simple scooter, the warranty stays with the vehicle — not the owner. The next rider gets the same peace of mind.
